This area has transformed into a temperate rain forest in the past few years, weather patterns are def changing. Lotsa rain for the gardens. Finally getting a permanent herb garden established, just the basics, oregano, basil, rosemary, thyme, sage, mint, lemon balm, and lavender.
Got back to running this week after almost a ten year layoff. feels good to be back on the track. Starting out at 2 miles of run/walk 'til I get back up to speed. Slow going but it feels good, no joint problems after all these years. An old Olympic runner once told me, that once you develop the vast cardio vascular system, it's there for life, you just have to turn it back on when you need it.
