Too cold to run Winter mornings, but I need to, I hate the MichelinMan bundle up. Maybe just UnderArmor and a hoodie with mittens, never did think gloves were good for much. Any of you ice roadies have a warm with minimal sweat combo that works? My fingers always freeze the first 2K or 3K. The worst part about Winter is there's seldom anything worth chasing out there, the fantasy is always the best part of run.
The French grapes made good progress this summer, a few more years and the wine should start flowing. Whites are my first love, planted a few Merlots for good pollination. They will produce a sweet blush like a white Zin for Madam. Lots of vine pruning and trellis training this winter, with all the rain and hot sun they went Bohemian in growth this year.
Herbs and veggies did well this year, had enough sweet peppers this year to feed the whole town, freezer is full. I still need to get an indoor herb supply going, gotten addicted to fresh now, hard to go back to dried weeds.
The global economy remains wounded, wish the politicians knew what the words free market means and quit trying to steal everything by putting in the rig. The NWO guys think this is their chance to create the 2 class feudal society they salivate over. Still believe that Karma keep its thumb on them, the disinformation campaign against the occupations is a big fail. Storming the Bastille has worked well in the past, 99 to 1 odds seems a winnin' plan.

Something else I'll do is warm up in the house before going outside. I HATE those first few FREEZING minutes before your body starts to warm up. So I'll do some cardio without the fleece on to get the blood moving before heading out.
