Got cold again, back to Michelin man running. Figured out a schedule to workout twice at home and run once everyday, workout once before work, once after work, and run at night. Probably take Sundays off, should work if I don't break. The training coach provided by my health insurance company doesn't seem to have too many ideas or useful input. I think it's just a PR thing and their lawyers are afraid to let them actually recommend anything.
Think we'll go out to a local music club tonight[Ella's], gets kinda twangy sometimes, so we may just eat and run. Heard some good Bootsy Collins style funk one night, may get lucky again. Don't think I'll ever hear any Flamenco or Bachata Meringue there no matter how long I wait. We do have a local, Ross Allen, that plays HillBilly Reggae tho, sounds better than it sounds, WTF did I just say?
