Got a new local Thai restaurant [Thai Chang] here in Greeneville. They seem to be able to create the great complex Thai flavors without burning everything else out. I think it's kinda like the difference between what people think Cajun cooking is and what really is. My Mother in Law is pure blooded Acadian and she hardly uses any cayenne at all. Anybody in the Tri-Cities, TN area should try it. If you want the burner food I'm sure they'll make it for you, but they're not gonna burn you down on the first visit.
Great running weather lately, 40 to 60 degrees, starting to push the distance out a few laps. Hoping to reliably level off at 10K by Summer. The Marathon seems a along way off, but I think I'lll get there Fall. The legs are doin' just fine, just need to get the air moving a little better.
Hope everybody has a great week, I'm back at work after the sacrificial week layoff. We all had to take a week so no one else lost their job. Hope it works, wouldn't want to be lookin' now.
