Well the New Year resolutions of running everyday is on schedule, did 27 400 M laps and actually had some left at the end for a 100M sprint. 15 YO said it was too cold to run. Tough old fart beats swift footed youth every time.

I said I would get vegan and intend to, but still can't resist a NW Salmon when it swims by. Still have to test my veggie protein combos one week at a time. I think I can get there by this Summer.

I listen to an alternative station[WNCW] in Western Carolina while driving to work and heard an old Dylan song thats been remastered on the Blonde On Blonde LP from way back when I was a litlin'. It was pure reality at that moment. I've recently become more than infatuated with a quiet, shy lady from Eastern Carolina. This song carries all of the symbolism of confusions that go with it.
