Well, the in-laws have packed up and left New Orleans for Baton Rouge. They're stuborn and wouldn't listen anyway, but if you look at the storm path, West ain't the way to go. Two are school teachers in N.O. and actually think they're going to work on Tuesday. The big trick now will be to insure your house in NO even if you stay. The government is calling this a 500 year storm again, every three years is NOT a 500 year storm. The levee repairs in the 9th Ward are just a pile of loose dirt and will turn to mud in about an hour. The money spent down there[stolen actually] is just criminal neglegence and gross incompetence. This could be a good example of what national health care will look like. Just another reason to vote for change this November, blind change is still better than what we got last time. I have to vote for O, even if it's just vengence. I voted for the current idiots twice, so it's my own fault, but they've wore out their welcome at my house with their SOS.

This November, I think it's absolutely important to clean out every government angency possible. Please vote for the other guy, no matter how good you think the current one is. They're just not listen'n and need a dose of out in the street reality.

Enough mindless rambling, time to do some serious running tommorrow. The 15 Year Old is running 5.5 minute miles now, I don't think I can keep up anymore. He's got another 15 or 20 years to get to the Olympics, I think he's Marathon material. I'm gonna run one more, even if I die try'n. Such is life.
