re: y tu mama tambien...we all have our tastes and relations to life experiences to make us like or dislike something. In this case I enjoyed the movie immensly for several reasons:
-It helped me remember to let go.
-It reminded me what was like to be naive boy...and that i still am.
-It reminded me to be human...and human, to me, is trying, experimenting, experiencing.
-It also reminded me that even though you may cross immense hurdles with some friends, they have, in their own minds, limits that they cannot pass. I can't change that.
-most importantly, it made me enjoy 2 hrs in the theater much more than anything else i've seen in some time. If you look at my list, you'll notice its not some eclectic group of unheard movies. I'm babbling but i do believe it is a movie you'd appreciate more in 10 years. Of all the people i recommended it to, my sister(17) was not one. This is in no way a slight. I just think it holds a different light to those of us who've become a bit more callus about life.
All that aside, nice talking to ya.
I havent had a nightmare spell in some time. But about a month ago I had one of those. Throws me off for days. I dreamed I was being chased around my elementary school by unknown kids with poison tiped thumbtacks... scary. Way to take control of the situation and medicate!
