It was a great Turkey Day this year. Spent it with family and good friends, and made and ate a ton of food. Tried out a recipe I found out for a prosciutto ring, and it was pretty fantastic. The turkey gravy came out great this year too.

The weekend has been relaxing, and exactly what I was hoping for. I was even able to do all my Christmas shopping, so now I just need to get my car insurance paid off at the end of December and get the Apple Car extension paid for before its been a year since I got it.

Exciting stuff, huh?
