My grandmother passed away last night. The funeral is tomorrow, so I won't be able to go to Puerto Rico for it, because by the time I get there it will already be over.

I'm going to take a trip with my sister in a couple months to visit her grave.

My mom is there now, and she is doing as well as could be expected. This was not unexpected, so everything was planned, leaving her time to grieve, as opposed to trying to trying to get my grandmother's affairs in order. She's a strong lady, she will be fine.

This was my last grandparent. I am now a grandorphan.
