I feel like I should blog. There was a time when I used to blog either every day or ever other day. At the very least, I try to do two or three a week. Now it seems like I go weeks on end without saying anything. Maybe it's cause I feel like I don't have anything interesting to say.
Anyways, updates. I passed the Quick Review for my knowledge development, meaning I'm now ready to take my pool lessons. Unfortunately, because of the play Im in, Im not able to do so until the start of August. The guy who runs the shop Im doing my course in also recommended that I dont bother taking the intro course, since thats for people who are wavering on whether or not they want to commit to doing the course, which I obviously am not. The waiting truly is the hardest part.
Now, you might be asking yourself what about that play?
Im in the Emerald Pig production of The Scottish Play (true theatre buffs will know why the name of that particular play should never be said
) If youre in the Lower Mainland area the last two weeks of July, you should come out and see it. Itll be an awesome show.
Speaking of awesome shows, Im on the shortlist to be involved with West Coast Geeks versus Nerds second season opener. I first caught their show in March, and knew that this was something I wanted to be involved in. I hope I get the chance. If there's nothing I like more, it's debating with other people about geek culture.
Anyways, hopefully I won't go too long before I do another post.
Peace out.
