The band used to be all I want to do. But as time has gone on, the people have changed and I've had some epiphanies. The people, one in particular, in my band have changed considerably. And not for the better. They have become incredibly selfish and vain. I can't put up with it anymore. Also, the money. Just going to Massachusetts and back has cost me about $150-200. That's a lot for 2 days. Multiply that by a tour and I'm farther in the red than I am now. I'm not sure how much longer I'll be with my band. The horrifying part is: I'm comfortable with it. If I get the job that I'm currently applying for, I would love to make a career out of it. Then I'll be able to do everything I've been planning on. I have no regrets. Just hope this job comes through. Sorry for the bummer post. Reality sucks, but don't let it tear you down. Use it to your advantage. Thank you.
