I've been to both a doctor and a therapist about them. It seems like there is nothing that can help me in the middle of a panic attack though, I just have to wait it out. But I'm up for trying something if it helps!

i travel to my barber I have been going to since i was way younger.. its worth the 45 minute travel as to not have to re-explain how i want it cut to the place which is more conviently located by my job. Plus they charge too much, i guess it evens out somehow

Everyone needs a record player now because vinyl has totally made a comeback. There's something special about listening to an album on vinyl that just isn't captured on a CD. I asked my dad for his old record player and he forked it over - doesn't get any better than free stuff.
I've yet to have a skateboarding lesson but my first snowboarding lesson wasn't pretty. I could imagine they might be similar. Or not. Fuck if I know.
