I just forgot how good we feel after a hudge training!😅 And here you see my "poor man" gym in the cellar. It's a must to keep my ass in shape😉! Pump is pumping hard, blood is boiling. Their's no easy way to reach succes. If it is, we don't deserve..👊!

@soraleia yes! seriously with all the physic work i do at farm, i realy don't need to do workout in the evening. But i love the feeling atfer training and i also love to see how cardio is growing and how body adapt easily!!
