my phone is doing this awesome thing lately where it constantly updates, glitches, crashes, wont send texts, and changed the file format of my photos so I can't post them. I'm totally about to freak out, especially cause I reported service problems which had been present for an extended period of time months ago, it hasn't improved and they won't discount the bill whatsoever even though they have evidence that my phone is not working properly. I hate AT&T so much.
