So, I'm pretty sad today. I'm sure all of you Ohioians, and some Northern Kentucky-ites have heard about the tremendous loss our area experienced last night.
The burning of Touchdown Jesus.
Touchdown/Big Butter Jesus was struck by lighting during a thunderstorm and completely burnt. All that remains is a big, black ominous looking metal structure. Talk about irony....

I saw that on the news last night and really hated it. I got to see it about 3 years ago around midnight on Christmas night. Was on a road trip and had never heard about it and it was quite an unexpected site to see. Hate to see neat landmarks like that destroyed.
