I am horribly, horribly out of shape. I had no idea that a workout dvd from Wal-Mart could kick my ass into next century.
I'm on a mission to lose about 15 pounds. I dont really have a target date, I just want to drop some extra baggage, because dammit, I want to feel good about myself for once. I don't think I'm "fat". I was just blessed by the hips and butt fairy and wish those areas would shrink some. I like my top half though. It's perfect!
If anybody has any weight-loss, healthy eating tips, please pass them on. Nothing to drastic though. I take a multi-vitamin every morning, take a fiber supplement after that, get my ass kicked and work out, then I drink water all throughout the day.
