Yesterday I was coming out from a public parking lot in Vitoria's downtown, at around 10,30 pm when I found a car, crashed, with no driver in front of the parking exit. A few persons where arriving to see the car, but there was no police at all, yet. I took this picture. Probably the driver was In a police station triying to report the theft .
