New set in one group, getting my feet wet in another...

And where oh where is my vacation going?

I've stayed in most of the week, but I finally went out today to catch Snakes on a Plane. I was expecting something cheesy and really really bad, but was pleasantly surprised to find a competent (if unremarkable) horror/thriller with excellent makeup work. A few obvious CGI snakes, of course. Overall, though, I was quite pleased.
