Karma's a friggin' bitch, huh? When I was in VA, my cousins were telling me to get a Harley instead of my "rice burner". I told them I wanted to ride it, not repair it. 2 days later, my bike breaks.
I replaced the battery, but there's a problem with the charging system. It looks like the rectifier diodes, so I ordered a new set for about $25. I thought I was in for a rectifier at $110. I still may be, tho'. We'll see. My budget is soooo blown for this credit card billing cycle. Aside from the bike itself, there's the trip to VA, $90 for a battery, and teeth cleaning for my T-Roo.
The diodes won't come in for 3-5 business days. There's a long weekend coming, the weather's beautiful, and I can't ride.
Thanks to all for the encouraging words. I'm still down, but maybe a little less so.

Ok, I think ContemptibleWorm will work for now.
