You really know you suck when your shrink tells you you suck.

Ok, that didn't actually happen to me. She was very reassuring about my stupid double chin and my stupid crooked gummy non-smile. And she upped my meds because I'm down on my stupid double chin and my stupid crooked gummy non-smile, and I'm apathetic about most everything else.

Got a date for next Tuesday.

I like my new bike. I wish it had a 6th gear like my old one, though.
