First I want to tell you a little about myself now, and why I do what I do
Ive always made really good money being a chef and a crab fisherman, but was never fulfilled. I lived in fear, and I was always down thinking negatively.
One day I woke up and had one of two decisions to make. Either change my life, or give up. I opted to change, I began to work on myself, and it led me to the group of people I work with now.
Now I along with others, strive everyday to make the world a better place, to help people wake up and become free.
People are so much more beautiful when they are free.
I freed myself, and learned a lot about me, people, and the universe. And I believe everyone of us has something special to give to the world, whether its arts, healthcare, inspiration, leadership, or something bigger.
And I believe with all my heart that I have the ability inside of me to help change the world, we all do. I have a lot of friends who feel the same way as I do about the possibility of a better world.
I love life, I love the world, and I wanna see people experience the world the way that I do.
Because its beautiful.
Most people live in constant worry, they worry about this, and they worry about that. They live in a constant state of what if.
What if I told you that you could stop it all today, right now, and be peace with just being?
You can, at any moment you can stop worrying and start living. These situations that we manifest in our mind, are mere phantoms. To picture a future of negativity is a unrealistic frame of mind. The situation cant be changed or dealt with because it doesnt exist.
It can effect you, but by learning to control your sense of being through thinking impartial to your thoughts, you can then become the watcher of your thoughts and reach another dimension of consciousness.
Its completely possible for you to do right now.
Act like a cat catching a mouse when it comes to your thoughts, say to yourself I wonder what I am going to think next.
Then be ever watchful fixed on your next thought, and as it comes to you catch it and observe it.
Become impartial to it, for your thoughts do not come from your own mind, consciousness comes from outside of the human body, and so do your thoughts.
Learn to accept your thoughts but not judge them, its go OK to not understand your thoughts or your current situation.
By living in the moment you will become fixed in just being, this is the true liberation of the soul. Some ways to this besides the cat and mouse exercise are to ask yourself certain questions.
Where am I, What am I thinking?
Am I at ease with my thoughts and where I am at?
What is happening inside of me right now?
All of these questions will fix your mind on the present, and just being. By living in the moment, we relinquish time, and without time there can be no worry. And to worry is unrealistic.
You cant change the past, so let it go, you are a constantly renewing entity, life and death happens in the human body over and over again. Cells die, and are reborn, by realizing this you then realize that you can start your life over as many times as you want and as often as possible.
To put it in simple terms, the past does not equal the future. It doesnt even equal right now. Right now is an independent moment in time that will never exist again.
In fact, by the time you get finished reading this sentence you will be a different person than you where when you started it.
And the future hasnt happened yet, so theres no point in focusing on it, that just creates worry, doubt, and ultimately fear. This is why you must learn to live in the moment, focus on your breathing, your being.
Visualize everything you do while you do it, walking running, and things as trivial as brushing your teeth. When you worry, it causes fear, and fear causes failure, so dont worry, just be in the now.
This is something that can be achieved at any moment for any person. We all deserve happiness it is our birthright.
I struggled for a long time with chaotic thinking, and worry, dreaming of a horrible future, always wondering what if?
It is a very stressful way of life, and causes nothing but suffering, and when you learn to live in the present, you learn the truth, that there is no suffering except for that which we manifest in our mind.
By living in the now we can have a worry free existence, and focus our energies on our current situation. By focusing on our current situation we can live in the now, and learn what we really want.
If you are not happy with your current situation and find it unbearable there are one of three things you can do: remove yourself from the situation, change it, or accept it totally.
If you want to be truly responsible for your life, you must choose one of these three options, and you must choose now.
Then accept the consequences.

Always remember life happens for you, not to you.
When you finally learn to live in the now, the universe for fold for you, it will begin to give you what you want. Your general attitude will change, and you begin to awaken, its the most liberating experience.
Begin to live in the present right now, feel your being, your heart beating, your lungs taking oxygen.
Focus on the now and you will find happiness.
