I don't think I need to give another explanation about why exactly am I swinging by this blog only once in a blue moon but... I still might add something to it.
Not only am I writing my dissertation paper (and I have to submit a significant chunk in a couple of days) but I'm also shit at blogging. I do realize how ironic and even worrisome this is, considering I am striving to be a writer some day, but the blog apparently is not my forte.
I used to have a blog "once upon a time" and was even told it's a great, well kept blog. Well, something happened at some point, I don't even remember what but I stopped posting. Then I killed it by mistake, even though I managed to save most of the posts from it. I used to have an accompanying blog too - for poetry and little pieces of prose I wanted to indirectly and eventually share with the world.
Now I've revived the first one under a different name and started off slow, trying to post about once a week... my last post there is from July 4th. Enough said. So between the writing exercises I try to keep up with (but have been miserably failing in the past couple of weeks while on vacation), writing itself and digging deeper and deeper into the SG universe.... I think this is the only blog I have time and will for. And even so, only once in a while.
Meanwhile, as always when I have exams, deadlines, etc., etc. I find comfort and rest in tv shows. Since I keep hearing about the much expected fifth season of Sons of Anarchy, I decided to catch up with the previous one while having my break (listening/watching it as I'm writing).
I should better get back to work though, but I'll leave you with this little image in mind:
