So I have a couple budgies and I was thinking....
All bird species have their own song and they learn how to sing from their fathers or other birds and if you listen to a bird long enough (like if it's your pet), the song is always the same, it has a specific sequence like a real song.
But, their songs can change if lets say they change environments or breed with other species.
So does that mean all birds started with just a few birds and they're all just playing evolutionary telephone?
