I just want to take a moment to share with you some dishes I been making for myself. I've recently taken up on a Paleo Diet lifestyle change... NOT to lose weight (even though it tends to happen) but for health reasons. I finally became fed up with having to see a doctor 2-3 times a month for repetitive problems. So I had enough! The first 3 months were brutal but now I can't say I'd ever want to go back to eating the way I was. My energy levels are through the roof and I've gained major muscle definition without even trying to. I feel the best I have ever felt in my life now. I really recommend this diet to anyone.

Kumato Tomato Stacks, Local Liverwurst, Mayo, Wasabi MicroGreens, TofuCream Cheese, Sugar Free Bread N Butter Chips
Also! Don't let this diet keep you for social eating! Hot Pot is always fun and Paleo Safe.
