I am officially dead. If you notice my announcement you might understand why. I started crossfit last week. Now don't get me wrong, I am loving the workouts when I wake up the next day. But when I first see them before I get off work I am cussing up a storm, bitching and moaning about not wanting to do it at all. Case in point. Today was a hero workout were we do a workout to a fallen hero. Now I fully support these workouts since these guys and gals are my brother and sister in arms. But holy hell. We have done some type of squats workout the past three workouts. Now on this one they wanted us to do a 400 meter run, 29 back squats (my legs have been killing me already) at 135lbs. This is one round and we do seven rounds of em. During my shift last night I was just being a big baby about not wanting to do it but knowing all along that I will be doing it.

I was happy that my time was under an hour. It was 47:42. Not bad.

Also I have been geeking out after work as well. I have been looking at new anime online to buy as well as I was watching X. Such a great and sad series. For those who have seen it, I have always wonder what Fuma would of been like if he was the Dragon of the Heaven. I thought the drastic change in personalities was cool but a little extreme for each main character. But overall I still enjoy this series a lot. Next on my list to re-watch is Slayers!! I love this series with a passion. Lina Inverse and Gallery are such a great comic duo.

The other thing I have been discovering is Marvel is doing 5 (Yes 5) free online comics a week!!! I look forward to this every time they come out and can't wait to read them all in one setting. I have to give my hat off to ECCC for getting me back into comic books. I am looking forward to the re-telling of all 52 DC comics stories and to see how DC stakes again Marvel. I know it is sad, but I have only read Marvel, Image, and independent comics, but never DC. Time to give them a shot.
