I'm fuckin' depressed.
It's so cliche to get "the post-holiday blues", but maybe that's all this is.

I don't feel like myself.

I feel like crawling in a hole and never having to face the world again.

Like I'm such a fuckup that continuing in my attempts to make things work is just not worth it anymore.

The weird part is that if I break things down logically, I've got it pretty good, pretty much in hand.

So it really doesn't make sense that I'd be feeling so overwhelmed and negative.
