As this is the first of what i hope to be many blog entries, id hoped to have more to say.

This is not, in fact, the case. Nothing happened today, nothing has been happening, of any particular note, since i fractured my thumb in an exciting snow boarding related accident. As i colour-in for a living, usually with the aforementioned appendage (digit? I usually have writers to provide copy, this is most irregular), i was sent home to recover and reflect on what a foolish sport i had been engaging in. I was also encouraged to pick a new one which would not make me as useless as a marshmallow crash-helmet should i fall over.

I'v been pondering this, eating fish fingers with a nice bit of salad and watching Columbo, for the most part, for the last four weeks, the boredom has been tooth grindingly exquisite. I have vowed to draw my ass off as soon as this stupid, fucking, ball ache of a cast is removed (fingers crossed on monday).

Until then, nothing much is going to happen.
