Remember that New Years resolution blog homework?
I DID IT!
I told myself that I wanted to stop making excuses to not quit smoking, and now I’m coming up to my 4th day cigarette free! Today and yesterday were pretty difficult in regards to cravings, but I’m temporarily replacing cigarettes with lollies until i’m strong enough to replace that with a healthier option 😜I’d really appreciate any tips you guys could share, what helped you quit smoking or what has helped someone you know to quit? I’m determined not to fall back into my old habits! My partner and I are doing it together and bought some nicotine gum yesterday to help us get through the first few weeks!

I really can’t quite express enough how much it has meant to me to read through all your comments, wether they have been words of advice or congratulations. Reading through them all has cemented that fact that I’m so determined to beat this habit. Love to you all ❤️❤️❤️
