Anyone from SA going to the Fuzigish show on the 3rd of October? I am excited, I havent seen them since last year August. And I havent seen Japan and I since Woodstock .. (8? 2007) and Submachine is awesome too. And there's the Halloween ball at the Bassline which I wanna go to as well.
I think now that its summer again there are all these shows coming up. Tidal Waves and Slashdogs this Sunday in Pta. For free!
I am glad.
I bought this hideous "Barbie", the yellow haired kind, from a Crazy Store for R7, including clothes, boots, a comb and a handbag (thats less than a dollar), she's called "Jing Pin". God, it's ugly. Now I have to mutilate her for an illustration project. Mooohahaha.

Ahh lucky girl, enjoy!! The project consisted of three fashion illustrations, showing three designs which had to follow a brief we were given. So, 3 fashion figures, plus garments, shoes, accesories, headwear. This was on an A3 background, with colour swatches, fabric swatches, technical drawings of the garments, labels and a custom heading. Then mounted with a white card border. Plus a separate mounted moodboard. A huge mission, but worth it. Ooooh, barbie mutilation... FUN!... I've done that for an art project before, it's totally theraputic. <3

OMG I know exactly what you mean about having hamsters again, I so wish I could. But I just wouldn't be able to dedicate as much time to dealing with that anymore now. I was just thinking about getting them again the other day and the con's just outweighed the pro's.
