Hilarious... I was discovered by one of my first exes ever on MySpace. He still looks pretty much the same, just with shorter hair.
In case anyone looks for me there, I'm detestablemadness.
Today wasn't bad; just boring lectures and going over what the casual dining course is going to be like over the next few weeks. I'm going to be cooking and serving and shit, so anyone who can should dine in the MCTC Bistro while it's open. It's not super-expensive, but not McDonald's cheap either. Under $10 for an entree that typically includes sides, and there's a $1.75 bottomless tea, coffee, or lemonade.
We don't get paid, (we don't even get to keep our tips) but if we make enough money we might get an extra field trip or nice dinner out some night for it.
The hours will be 11am - 1pm, Tuesday through Thursday,
2/14 - 4/27 Except on 2/21, and 3/7 - 3/9 for spring break.
The menu basically just utilizes what we've prepped and already ordered, so there's nothing vegan or really unique, but it should be good comfort food.
Hope you all have a lovely Tuesday!
Edit: I tried adding a link to the online menu, but apparently it's not up right now. For the time being, it's a lot of sandwiches and meat entrees. I'm trying to talk the chef into allowing substitutions, but no such luck yet.
