Went to the John Henrys suspension party last night. Last night was.....interesting. Not what i expected anyway, but interesting. I expected a full on, multiple hook hanging suspension i guess....where they just swing around suspended from the ceiling for a little while....but the guys they were suspending just had two little hooks....so when they jumped the hooks ripped through their flesh.......it was a little intense. A bit like a circus show and a hanging all in one. I would have actually been more interested in seeing a suspension with multiple hooks....i am fascinated by the aspect of weight distribution and pain endurance, though i don't ever want to expirience it myself. Other than that.....i was feeling sort of antisocial so Katy Smurf and Greg had to put up with sitting glumly and not talking much the whole night......but if you know me you know that happens evey once in a while with me, and i am not angry, it is unavoidable. But i am still sorry they had to put up with it.
Today.....i woke up way too early. But we are off to Portland soon, me for the NINA HAGEN SHOW!!!! I am excited. The day is already so full of plans. And i will be spending it with my love Greg and two of my best friends! Woo! Hopefully i don't get all tired and antisocial like last night.
Cant wait to go to Powells......must not spend hundreds of dollars on expensive books.......

I know what you mean about being antisocial sometimes. I'm like that. I'll go to a friends house, a bunch of us will be there, and I'll just sit there for awhile, then get up, go outside, get in my car, and just leave without telling anyone. Odd huh? Eh. But they know, that's just good ole' Jack!
