thanks @griffxx, they kinda forced my hand. We had a kid (i do mean kid) get promoted to super after 6 months of me covering his fuck ups, and our department head lied to me, called me a liar, then canceled my vacation and refused my request for my daughters birthday off, I gave it 3 hours, worked it over, prayed, hell even flipped a coin but in the end i walked.

Kinda reminds me of the SG homework going around about what you would change if you could go back in time. I would have told myself to leave toxic work environments sooner. Sounds like a good thing.
