UPDATE :
So on Wednesday, the one company interviewed with came back with an offer.I told the recruitment agent that I would like to sleep on it and came back with an answer, first thing Thursday. She agreed, and then phoned me an hour later and said the client had to know by 4:00pm what my answer was, cos they wanted me to start the next day. Seeing as I hadn't heard form the second company I decided to take the offer. Six PM that night, company number two came back to me, but it was unfortuntely too late, and they were a bit gutted.
So crack of dawn Thursday I got thrown on a plane to Melbourne, where I met my new collegue, and then drove down to Geelong, to get involved in the final stages of this project till next week Wednesday.Working the whole weekend, stuck in Geelong,on a project whihc looks super complicated and bottlenecked. I can just hear evil laughter coming from the Melbourne crew.I was hoping to hook up with my Melbourne mates, and maybe even some of the SG crew. But that ain't gonna happen. Thats the way life goes sometimes, I guess
I hope the rest of you have got a more exciting weekend planned, and will catch you later
