Been a busy week....
Thursday I finally left the Army after nearly 6 1/2 years, 2 combat deployments, and 16 months of stop loss.
Some people say they are sad, scared, and alot of other emotions when they leave the gate of whatever base they are on for the last time. I didn't really feel any of those, I was driving way too fast to notice. After they signed my paperwork, I was GONE. I got in my car, which was still running outside the building and took off, still in uniform.
I got to spend my first night with a very special girl, *Muah* and had a really good time.
Now I'm back home in Florida and looking for work. Yesterday didn't turn up too much, but I'm not getting down about it yet. I start school in 2 1/2 months, so I have alot to look forward to.
