I am sleepy all day, drowsily at any time I try and watch a movie but coming to bed at night and it's game over, regardless if I'm tired or not 😄 i tried with lights on, with window open, with background music/ stories and nothing works just me freaking out about shit lol what do you do when sleep doesn't come easily?

Avoid screens before bed (use a blue light filter), dim the lights an hour or so before bed. No food (especially sugar or caffeine!) before bedtime. Establish a routine - go to sleep and wake up at the same time every day (including weekends). And exercise! These things helped me, hope they work for you too!
