I got offered to become a cook at a new restaurant that is opening next week! I'm usually very shy and kinda stoic but fucking excited about this! I don't really have a lot of details yet though... I'm supposed to get a call later today. Anyway I'll keep you posted... I just can't believe that someone would give me a chance on a line.

Good luck! I always like working in brand new restaurants...Nice shiny new eqipment, the staff is all on the same level - everyone learns together, and also no one is generally jaded and bitter yet
