It's too damn early! I'm making oven roasted ribs today. A wood pit barbeque is so mush better but when you want ribs bad enough you'll take any method you can. well I'll let you know if they fell off the bone or if they were tougher than a boot. Anyway I better hall some ass because I need to have then in the oven at 7 to make it in time for lunch.
