I'm currently on week 8 of my third attempt. It's rough, But worth it. Keep it up, you can do it.

It'll be my first whole day today...if I last that long. I really enjoy smoking but deep down know it's shitty! I've been smoking for 7 years and it's a big step to fold. I'll keep checking back to see how you're doing! Good Luck
