My interview at Best Buy yesterday went quite well. They counted it as both the first and second interview so I only need to impress the GM on Monday during my third and final interview. Ill be working primarily as a tech but also doing non-commission sales. I definitely am not going to be drawing in the cash I was when I was consulting, but then again it is better than my source of income for the last two months so I guess I shouldnt complain. Plus, there is the fact that I am going to proactively seek out other employment opportunities to take up the slack.
Since our last outing before Desireahs surgery was on Monday, Bytch Water is officially on break at the moment. Well, break being a relative term for us, since a great deal of Ben, Milburn, and my time will be spent learning the music for new songs we are adding to our set. Plus, a few weeks after the surgery when Desireah is feeling up to it she is going to start coming to practice again so we can work on the new material and the songs we have been having trouble with lately. The goal at the moment is to extend the set from 21 songs to about 30-35 during our month and a half break. During that time we are determined to get our demo and CD completed and our press package presentable. Also, I plan on getting all the work Ive been putting off doing on the website done by mid-May.
Well, I must go. I need to format this computer and take it back before my ex-boss throws a fit.
