Went to my cousin's wedding last night - had a great time. Drank too much, danced alot (it's never enough). Back to real life today....yuck.
Reading: A People's History of the United States because I think I need to learn more. Doesn't everyone?
Found: A love charm in the bathroom lastnight. This is the second found piece of jewelry in a week, earlier it was my "JOAN" id bracelet. Odd, usually I'm in such a hurry I never find things. Lately, I must be staring at the ground.

A good Saturday night then. Mine was largely spent travelling back from a place I really wanted to visit; not *that* far away but virtually no transport part of the way. it was where a famous (in the U.K) poem was written. But it was well worth the effort - so peaceful & timeless. Yeah we all should learn something more instead of covering the same ground over & over - so well done. (You'd better finish it ) Bill Bryson's 'Made in America' is a great read if you are in the mood for more when you've finished A people's history' It is very light-hearted & whimsical but full of fascinating facts.
I've found that if you find something anywhere you often do find other things too. I'm sure it's a psychological thing, you get into that mindset.
But looking down always helps. Just be sure you notice where the walls & lamp posts are.
you may ask yourself, why didnt he finish it?
because the days went by, (and i lost the book).
i did enjoy what i read though. excellent choice of literature.
