i was put on new meds recently, and it has totally fucked my sleep.

so they gave me minivalium, which hasnt helped yet. good god, i just want to fucking SLEEP!

are you in the military? my brother has sleeping problems also, they started after bootcamp. He actually might be discharged because he's started sleep walking and doing crazy things in his sleep. Guns and sleepwalking don't mix. surreal
