Well... I’ve lost about 7lbs of my overall weight since January.
But I’ve gained a lot of muscle in the process so I believe that’s due to the evenness of muscle gain and fat loss.
I’ve noticed physically that my calves, quads a are becoming much more defined but still need work, my love handles are becoming slightly smaller, my chest is flattening out so the moobs (man-boobs) are going away!
My arms are much skinnier and toned and my biceps and triceps are similar to the legs, becoming defined but still need more work.
Looks like my diet will have to change drastically to see more results. But I’m tryibg intentionally not to lose too much weight too fast as I’ve seen a friend of mine end up with loose skin.

Oh and I’ve been cigarette/nicotine free for 4 weeks now!
