Tonight I went to the fitness club and I had spent most of the hour before hand doing some research and watching workout tips on youtube. Eventually, I found this article and video called Intense 5x5 Workout. 5 Sets/5Reps.
So basically, you put on the maximum weight you can actually do one full set of 5 with. By the time you reach the 5th set, it's insanely hard and you're tired as hell.
I tried it and it was totally awesome! I hadn't sweat that much in such a short period of time on one machine like that before. Eventually, I felt all of my body and muscles feeling really good, tight, strong, awesome. What this also lead to was that in doing leg lifts, which I always end my workout with, were 10x easier than before and usually I can do about 15 but only in increments of 3-5. Tonight I was able to do 15 straight, and it felt great!
