[Update 7/1/2005 3:30pm]
Ugh, I was just at lunch and Sara, my roommate, calls me frantically saying that the new roommate is on his way over *now* and he is bringing friends and is planning to paint my (now his) room today. Except that I still had a ton of stuff left in it and he was pissed. I asked Sara yesterday when he was moving in and she said "probably this weekend" and I asked her to call him and find out so I knew if I had to move last night or not but she said, "it's too late now, I'll call him tomorrow, don't worry about it". So, I went to bed and got up and came to work, and now this happens. She tells me, "you know, it is the first, so he has a right to be pissed." Sure, but Sara is the landlord (we sublet from her) and she told me it would be ok. Anyways, they ended up dumping my stuff in the hallway and in Margaret's room (she hasn't moved out yet either) so he could paint and move in. I'm sort of worried about that, but there was no way I could leave work in time. How do I get myself into these situations?? I want to stay on his good side because I may be crashing there for a while after I put my stuff in storage. And I'm sad that he painted over my clouds.
I'm not happy about moving at all. First, I'm going to miss living with Sara. Even though we had our differences we got along well. And the new roommate who is moving in to replace Margaret seems cool and is really really attractive (for serious). I'm a bit jealous of the new guy who is replacing me and gets to live with these beautiful women. I know it sounds silly, cause I don't like Sara in that way, but I don't really see why she picked him as a roommate. He's the frat-boy type (apologies to the frat boys out there) and he's a car salesman. He seems like a nice guy, but he took one look at Sara's bookcase and said, "uhoh, are you a feminist?" I can sense potential problems already. He has also been asking what Sara is doing and wanting to hang out with her a lot and that is kind of making her feel awkward (she has told me). Once he meets Leroy, her bf, though, she says, she won't need to worry.
I keep on secretly wishing that they won't get along and he'll change his mind or something, and I'll get to move back in. I really missed my chance, because I didn't want to sign a new lease, and a small part of me thought that Margaret and I would patch things up and decide to move together again (we haven't, its been almost a month and she still hasn't talked to me). Also, I figured I'd be living in Allison's apartment across the street, but now that isn't even happening either. So now I have to move twice, at least, and somehow entertain friends, work, and go camping in the meantime.
These next couple of weeks are going to be busy with my sister visiting this week and then Sean and Jess visiting next week and then the camping trip the weekend after. I have to be out of my new place by the 15th which leaves no time to rent a truck and move my stuff into storage, let alone find a place to live. I just started my job 6 weeks ago and I have no vacation days yet (I already need to take borrow 2 days off to go camping). And after I put my bed in storage, where I'll need to find a place to sleep.

Its been a busy week. First, I've been packing up my stuff cause I'm supposed to move out of my apartment today. I still have a lot left to go. I hope the new tenant isn't planning on moving in today . Even worse, I only have two weeks from today to figure out where I'm gonna go. Well, I'm going to end up crashing with a friend, but I need to figure out where I'm going to put my stuff in the meantime. Since my sister is visiting this weekend, and then I have friends visiting next weekend, I don't really have time to rent a truck a put my stuff in storage. Normally I'd take a day off work, but I'm already taking two days off in two weeks to go camping. I dunno what I'm going to do, everything is such bad timing. I'd move the weekend of the 15th, but thats the camping trip.
My sister is coming to visit today. I'm taking her and her friend \/ to ManRay tonight. It should be lots of fun. Tomorrow we are going to stop by Sid's BBQ in RI, and then later head over to \/'s for a birthday party. Maybe we'll go to the beach on Sunday if the weather is nice and then Monday we'll go see the fireworks. It should be a fun weekend if we don't fight too much.
I assume Margaret is moving out today too, but no one has seen her for almost 2 days now. We have no idea where she went. She still has all her stuff in her room, so she couldn't have moved out already. If I wasn't so stressed with everything that I have to do, I'd probably be upset about it.
