Saturday, I went back to "The Crypt" in Everett to check out their new goth night. There were many more people than there was the first time I went, but the place could still hold a lot more. I went there alone and I was only there an hour and didn't have anything to drink, but I did run into TheFullNelson, Blondie, Strio, Jedi, and Rachelle there. It's so weird that Rachelle seems to know all these people from SG that I know, because I only know her because she is my ex-roommate's frisbee teammate's close friend. I met her at that frisbee girl's birthday party a couple months ago and I've been running into her at ManRay since (and now at The Crypt). Anyways, it's nice to be able to go out alone and run into people you know.
I appear to lead a double life. I think it's funny that I showed up for a special demonstration of Japanese tea ceremony on Saturday (yes, I've studied tea ceremony for almost 10 years now -- there's a lot you don't know about me!) all dressed up in a suit and I still had a little bit of eyeliner left on my face from the night before. I need get some kind of makeup remover. Luckily I managed to rub it off in time before too many people noticed. I think everyone at tea ceremony would just faint if they saw how I dressed on weekend nights, lol.
Yesterday, I went to see Autechre with a friend from work. Not normally the type of show that I would go to but I did enjoy it. IDM - dance music so intelligent you almost can't dance to it, lol.
In other news, I haven't talked to my roommate Margaret since the incident Friday night. It's not because I'm avoiding her and I don't think she is avoiding me (but who knows), but because we've both been so busy and haven't been in the apartment much. I'm wondering if I should e-mail her and just tell her to apologize, tell her to forget what I said on Friday, ask her if she is upset, and invite her along to Xmortis (at ManRay) this Friday night. I hope some of you are going to Xmortis too. It should be crazy fun.
