Last month in May I went to Hawaii and saw my lovey avarice25.
I took 1680 something photos. Eliminated it to 760 something photos. and I'm still stuck at which ones to post. haha.
Soooo I'm just going to choose random ones.
The first night there I saw my first Hawaii sunset.
I was super duper pale when I got there. If you can't tell here. I mean...super duper pale. I'm still pale, and I have tan lines for the first time in 3+ years. My ass is super white now. haha.
Lanikai Beach
It was gorgeous. Too bad that day was really windy. And there were no public bathrooms. And too many people around for me to pop a squat. haha.
We got a big ass margarita. And some bad ass left over mustaches for Cinco De Mayo.
We went to a dance club.
I didn't dance though
buttt...
Sometimes I am taller than all the girls I take photos with. And even hunched over, I'm still not short enough.
I ran into a friend from Montgomery that my ex used to skate with. My fiance knows him too from skating. He's stationed in Hawaii now.
Stormi played dress up, and I was her Barbie doll. She even had me in her heals. Woah.
After dress up, we went out.
On our way back, after being hung over and trying to walk in heals in the rain I got super excited because I found a banana tree. But they weren't ripe yet.
The next day or so, we went on a hike at Makapu'u Point. And I saw some crazy scenery. I won't post too many. I took a shit ton.
At somewhere on Northshore I saw my first sea turtle that wasn't in an aquarium.
I've posted these photos already, but I went to a luau. And saw another gorgeous sunset.
You can also see how burnt I was.
We went to Bellows. It was definitely my favorite beach. We stayed the night there in a cabin too. Future reference...WARN A GIRL FROM ALABAMA THAT THE ANTS DON'T BITE! I reached in the bag of marshmellows to find that they had been attacked by ants. I freaked out and everyone just looked at me. then they said...oh ya...we forgot to mention...the ants don't bite here.
We went to the Pearl Harbor Memorial and saw the USS Arizona Memorial. And there is still oil coming out of it. It smells like oil too.
I have several more photos. Butttt it's taking too long to upload. haha.
Anyways....
I womaned up, grew some balls or something another...and ate sushi. I wasn't having difficulty at all with the chopsticks.
We spent the night in a super ass nice hotel.
Saw the full moon at Diamond Head lookout.
And I'm way taller than my fiance's sister. lol.
My lovey decided he liked me taller than him so he bought me a pretty purple dress and some heals.
He was supposed to leave, but he didn't miss his plane or nothing. Not purposely...never. I mean really...who would want to leave Hawaii for Afghanistan again? I felt bad for him.
Sooooo....a few more days. So we went to the Westside of the Island...
Then he really did have to go.
so his sister took me out
I stole my lovey's hat!
I went to the beach one last time with my loves sister and family. But it just wasn't as fun. Not at all. On the plane ride back in 7 hours I saw the sun set in Hawaii and rise in Dallas, TX. It was definitely a fun trip. And I'd do it again any day. that place is beautiful and the weather is perfect. I tried to spare yall from too many photos. I seriously took a lot. How could I not? I was in love. So that sums up my trip.
Now I am back in Alabama dealing with Tornado stuff. I volunteered one day. And after I finish this online class I plan on volunteering more. Especially since I can't find a damn job! Anyone have ideas for a job for me? lol. I'm broke as a joke.
Anyways, here is a picture of the warehouse I volunteered at. There has been several volunteers from all over and people sending stuff from everywhere. That's what I did...sorted through it all in a hot warehouse.
Just across the street from the Warehouse that I volunteereed at is the remains of one house standing...barely. It was all I was able to capture. It really is sad just how torn up Tuscaloosa is.
I am at my moms right now doing this online class. At my apartment in Tuscaloosa we currently don't have internet because we're both broke and other reasons. Sooooo the only place I can really update and comment is when I'm at my moms. Butttt anyways, that is pretty much it for the past month.
Hope everyone is well.
But I shall end in this question...blond hair, black hair, or brown hair? Now that you've seen more photos. Even if the blond is growing out.
