This is an update copied from my LiveJournal because I think it's a good question. Also, certain unnamed personages have bugged me to update, so I shall. I don't update very much because it boosts my self-esteem to watch the numbers on my comment thingy going upwards.
Anyway, the question:
If you were eating dinner with a significant other and you had a fight and he/she walked out, would you take his/her food home in a doggy bag and eat it the next day?
If you're still waffling, here's additional information:
The food is something you considered ordering but didn't; the fight was over something fairly unimportant but more important to them than to you, and they ate a fair bit of their food, but there's enough left to constitute a meal when combined with a side dish and drink.
Also, this is purely hypothetical. Nothing like this ever happened to me or anyone I know. That is all.

And, to answer your question...I live with my significant other...and in the HIGHLY unlikely event that he'd walk out on a plate of food (the boy loves food as much as me), I'd bag it up and take it home to him as part of our making up. Like, "look, I care enough about you to bring your food home so you can eat it later."
Sorry you're not around to kick your ass at isketch.
