so I had a fantastic weekend... it seemed like I managed to see almost all of my friends in a three day period (except you, nick...) mostly by chance... it was fantastic! and the weather was great...
as a result of the great weather... I spent some time outdoors playing frisbee with a friend... which was fun but we're no pros. in fact, we (I) got the frisbee stuck in a tree... so I used my shoe to try and dislodge it.... got the shoe stuck, used the other shoe to get the first shoe out... so I was good again... just minus a frisbee... so I thought I would try for the frisbee again... but this time I got my shoe stuck waaayyyy up there. I ended up marching home with one shoe to fill up some two litre water bottles to throw at the tree and get another pair of shoes... long story short(er), we got the frisbee, the shoe, and had lots of funny looks and laughs from bystanders.
School and work are tres busy... and most of the time I want to scream... it was nice to jsut take a weekend off, even if it was comepletely irresponsible. that said I have a midterm wednesday, and have to have stuff ready for a group project meeting tomorrow immediately after work.
oh and get this, I've been borrowing a coffee pot from a friend for about a year now and she wants it back... I have to go get a new one. I'm not cheesed that she wants it back, just that I've been totally consumed what kind to buy... any advice on awesome coffee pots? and good ones out there? Currently I use a 12 cupper but I usually only make coffee for myself since the roomie doesn't drink it... so I was thinking that a 4 cupper would be okay... but then when friends come over it sure is nice to be able to make the jazz for everyone... then i start thinking a timer would be bitchn'. imagine getting up to fresh brewed coffee, then I think maybe I just need a roommate that gets up earlier than me and drinks coffee... but its hardly worth moving just for that.
