Ok, now lady luck rarely visits my doorstep, but last night she smiled upon me and graced me with her presence in full glory. I was at the pub, feeling a bit down, when someone that i've been bumping into and quite fancied for quite some time actually introduced herself to me. We had quite a nice chat and will be meeting up on New Years eve. Which is nice... 
Still with the same guy ,who you met i think the year before lasts nye at full tilt... to be honest im sad that you and lucie spilt. Amongst other reasons you two had a big age gap like me and mine so i was pinning for it to work out to give me some hope!
