One update a month feels like it's not enough, but I never want a super boring blog. So...
First thing's first- thanks for the Birthday well-wishes, and hugs My little sister's birthday is just around the corner- in fact, tomorrow! I didn't really celebrate mine- this happens every year, we wait until my sister's b-day and celebrate both at the same time- we may as well have been twins. I've gotten used to it though. My boyfriend and I had a nice mellow day out in Kingston, where he took me out for Sushi lunch.
Some people may have noticed my lack of updates on my painting. It's on pause right now- but for good reasons.
1) I am super busy with photo restorations right now, which is good for me- I make a little money, but bad for personal time,
2) I have a lot of school stuff to sort out this week especially, because I have to sort my finances out, and pick my classes, all within two weeks. It doesn't help that when OSAP redid their online login process they "lost" my information, and rather than them fixing it- I have to run around to fix their screw-up. If this is an indication of how the organization is run- I am going with the bank line of credit route for sure.
3) And the last reason, is the most important. My mom's birthday is in August, and I am painting her childhood home for her. It's slated for demolition very soon- and I want her to always have memories of it.
In my Etsy shop I will be putting up some all new pretty paper confections very soon- and it's free shipping for everyone in Canada right now! I have been really focusing on the wedding end of things, since it's wedding season, but I have started to pull back on that one a little, and work on some other pieces, which I hope to put up soon!
A recap of some MR sets I think rock (incase you missed them last time).

Heading up to the lake tomorrow- hopefully I come back with some fantastic shots to post here
Would you believe my shaved head is growing ALREADY? Damn, where's my electric razor.........
The painting for your mom sounds like a very sweet idea.
Sucks that OSAP screwed things up. Hope you get it sorted out quickly.
What courses are you going to take?
